By accessing or using Pusti, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
4. Content
You retain ownership of the notes and submissions you create. You grant Pusti a limited license to store and display that content to operate the service for you.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the paid period.
6. Disclaimer
Pusti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
